Two democrats compete for District 1 Supervisor

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - The Primary race for District 1 Supervisor is an interesting one as two democrats are running against each other.

Incumbent Das Williams is running against Laura Capps. They're numbers are pretty close as of 10 p.m.

Williams currently has 52% of votes and Capps has 47%.
