San Marcos HS track and field star Annabelle Tiller commits to Cal

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Annabelle Tiller is taking her running skills to the next level.

The San Marcos High School senior verbally committed to UC Berkeley to run track.

Tiller excels on the track in several events for the Royals including the 300m hurdles, the 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay and 4x400 relay.

San Marcos Athletic Director Abe Jahadhmy said in a text message to KEYT NewsChannel 3, "She is an awesome young lady and works really hard."

San Marcos will have a signing ceremony on November 11.
