Warm coats for kids

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. - Free jackets will be given out to kids between the ages of 3-12 Saturday morning between 11 a.m. to 12. The jackets are being provided by the Oceano Elks and can be picked up at the Arroyo Grande Library on October 28.

San Luis Obispo County Librarian Margaret Kensinger-Klopfer is helping coordinate the event. She appeared live on News Channel 3-12 to talk about it, as well as an upcoming winter coat drive. People can donate adult-size coats, hats gloves and sleeping bags at SLO County libraries between November 10-18.
