Carly Pearce to perform at Mid-State Fair along with Dan + Shay
PASO ROBLES, Calif. – A rising star in country music has been announced as the special guest at next year's California Mid-State Fair.
On Wednesday, fair organizers announced Carly Pearce will perform alongside country music duo Dan + Shay, who were the first act announced for next summer's concert series.
Pearce is fresh off being named Female Vocalist of the Year at the Country Music Awards in November.
Known for chart-topping solo hits like "Next Girl" and "Hide the Wine," she's also released massive collaborations with country's brightest stars including "I Hope You’re Happy Now," with Lee Brice and "Never Wanted to Be That Girl," alongside Ashley McBryde.
In July, Pearce will take the stage with Dan + Shay for what will surely be one of the most anticipated performances of the 2021 summer concert series at the Mid-State Fair.
The two acts were set to perform at the 2020 Mid-State Fair together, before the fair's cancellation due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The show will take place Sunday, July 24 at 7:30 pm. Ticket prices range from $35 to $125 for pit standing room tickets.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. exclusively on MidStateFair.com.
The 2022 California Mid-State Fair runs July 20 through July 31.
