Bristol Farms opens at La Cumbre Plaza in Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Santa Barbara shoppers now have another option for groceries. The new Bristol Farms in La Cumbre Plaza had its soft opening Thursday.

"We carry a lot of products, a lot of our core value is to bring in products that they're not used to seeing. You know really build on that community piece of bringing people together around food good food," Bristol Farms CEO Adam Caldecott said.

Bristol Farms representatives said the store will carry many local products.

The store's opening had been delayed several times because of permit problems and then Coronavirus pandemic began.

The store has a senior shopping hour 6-7 a.m. It is open 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily, according to the Bristol Farms website.
