Planet Fitness and Boys & Girls Club accepting donated school supplies for local students

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Students on the Central Coast are getting ready for the new school year with some help from Planet Fitness and a local non-profit.

Planet Fitness gym locations in Santa Maria and Atascadero are collecting school supply donations for local members of the Boys and Girls Club of Mid Central Coast.

“We need everything from pens and pencils to notebooks to backpacks, whatever it is, people can donate would be so appreciated" said Kelly White O’Neill with the Boys and Girls Club of Mid Central Coast.

Donated supplies are being accepted from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. daily now through August 8th.
