Warm Wednesday, tracking thunderstorms

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Temperatures will get warmer for most of the region Wednesday with sunshine and offshore north winds.

Clouds will move in Thursday as temperatures cool slightly.

Rain chances are around 60 percent for most cities Friday through Saturday, with 30 percent chances of thunderstorms. Hail, strong winds, lightning and minor flooding is possible with this incoming storm. Rainfall rates to reach .75 per hour are likely. Snow is possible above 6000 ft.

About one half to a 1.5 inches of rainfall is expected.

Lingering rain is possible through Sunday.

We will dry out and start to warm back up to near normal by Monday and Tuesday.
