Bright skies & mild temperatures Tuesday

Low pressure moves out of Southern California this Tuesday, meaning the atmosphere will stabilize and temperatures will warm slightly. We can expect some areas of fog and clouds this morning but near the South Central Coast, sunny skies will persist. Winds will be calmer than yesterday, but will still pick up in speed near the Gaviota Coast this evening. Highs will be in the upper 60s to middle 70s near the beaches and 70s and 80s inland.

A very dense marine layer will develop Wednesday morning, not only impacting your visibility but producing some drizzle as well. Clouds will be very stubborn and may not clear near the beaches. It'll be a rather dreary and gray day with mild temperatures. Highs will be similar to Tuesday, if not a degree or two cooler, it'll be a good day for some hot coffee!

Another round of drizzle and clouds are expected into Thursday morning. These clouds may clear slightly quicker than Wednesday, but they will linger until at least lunch. Temperatures will stay around average for the day and it will feel a lot like fall. The marine layer may still be present Friday morning as well, but fast clearing will occur and warmer temperatures will make for a beautiful day. These beautiful conditions will continue into our weekend.
