Thursday morning forecast – Dec. 19th

Warmer and drier conditions arrive for Thursday with mostly sunny skies. This is due to a ridge of high pressure building along Southern California. Daytime highs along the coasts and valleys in the mid to upper 60s. With lighter NE wind from the Central Coast to the South Coast.

The warmest day out of the work week will be Friday as the ridge of high pressure settles. Temperatures will be around average or slightly above. Conditions will remain dry until Saturday. With the next system expected to arrive Sunday.

High level clouds will begin to build for Saturday. With light to moderate rain for Sunday and the start to the work week. An unsettled weather pattern could be expected for Christmas day with a chance for rain.
