Tracking a warm weekend

Happy Friday! Marine clouds fill the skies and create visibility issued along major highways early in the morning. Low clouds will clear quicker than yesterday and a mostly sunny afternoon is on board. Highs rise a few degrees due to the sunshine and many areas will be in the upper 70s and 80s. The interior will heat up as well. No watches, warnings or advisories are in place.

We watch high pressure build in this weekend causing temperatures to rise fast once again. Many areas will be at or above normal. Expect more upper 70s and 80s at the beaches. Minimal marine layer influence is expected other than the early mornings and overnights. Winds are light and marine waters are calm.

Next week we look for a bigger warming trend by Wednesday. Still more information to come.
