Tracking light showers this evening

Overcast skies are on board for Thursday and Friday as a few low pressure systems swirl around the coverage zone. We will run into a 10% chance of light showers this afternoon and a 30% chance Friday afternoon. All rain amounts appear to be light and thunderstorms will be fast moving. Highs rise into the low 70s and upper 60s the next two days. Winds will be light and coastal flooding may be an issue through Friday.

Clouds fill the skies into Halloween Weekend. New data shows a mostly dry Halloween before spotty rain showers arrives late into the night. Most of the moisture will miss our area, providing a dry trick or treating forecast. If you're in LA or San Diego however, expect more showers. Highs rise into the 60s and it will be extra cool after the sun sets. Make sure kids are bundled up!

We dry out nicely Sunday and Monday before more small chances for rain arrive by the middle of next week.
