Heat advisory Tuesday, tracking coastal fog

KEYT

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Advisory level heat continues Tuesday for the Central Coast before a slow cooling trend.

Northeast Santa Lucia winds and clear skies will keep the Central Coast warmer than the south coast.

Offshore winds will help temperatures rise in and around Santa Barbara later this week.

Another record was broken in Santa Maria on Monday at 91 beating 89 degrees set in the 1920s.

All temperatures will cool by early next week with light rain or spring showers to return in early April.
