Isolated showers impact parts of region, should clear up Friday afternoon

We are off to a rainy start this Friday morning. It is expected to clear up this afternoon. Temperatures are expected to be on the cooler side today. Have your jackets and umbrella ready to go.

Drier and warmer conditions are expected this weekend into next week, though temperatures will remain below normal through the period. On Saturday, we will see a minor troph come right through the region, bringing mid to high clouds in the community. It will be a mostly cloudy day with slightly warm temperature.

There will be some low lying clouds overnight Saturday and Sunday morning. There will be some fog during that time period, but things are expected to clear up by the afternoon because a dry flow is expected to impact the region. We will see 2-5 degrees of warming and it won't be enough to reach seasonal normal days.

It will be a lot clearer on Monday, but the marine layer and fog is expected to return on Tuesday.
