SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - After pitching back-to-back shutouts last week against Dos Pueblos, Allie Fryklund threw a no-hitter to open up the CIF-SS postseason for San Marcos.

The senior star struck out 13 in a 7-0 home win over Mayfield.

She lost a perfect game on a sixth-inning error.

Caitlyn Early homered for the winning Royals.

San Marcos advances to the second round and will host Schurr on Saturday.
