Bishop Diego boys basketball loses at home to Santa Clara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Xavier Harvey scored a game-high 27 points to lead Santa Clara of Oxnard to a 56-52 road win at Bishop Diego.

The Cardinals were led by Kai Morphy who had 17 points and Tyler Williams added 16 as Bishop Diego falls to 2-1 on the year.

Bishop Diego played without senior starter Matthew Cunningham who missed the game due to an ankle injury.

Santa Clara led 32-30 at half and 47-44 after three quarters.
