Unico Futbol Club is off to a strong start in Santa Barbara

Unico Futbol Club is only in its second year but the organization is thriving in Santa Barbara.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Founded in 2022 Unico Futbol Club already has hundreds of players, 10 youth teams and 1 State Cup title.

The soccer club practices at Elings Park and The Notre Dame School in Santa Barbara and features teams from U8 to U13.

Earlier this year the 2011 Boys won a State Cup title in the 12U Division and two other teams made it to the semifinals.

The dozen or so coaches have been around soccer for many years and many of them have strong ties to the community.

Unico Futbol Club is also holding 2 one-week summer camps at West Beach with the first session June 26 and the second one beginning on July 17.
