| Why are you running for office? | To move California in a new direction. A direction that supports law enforcement, parental rights, small business owners, the taxpayer and polices that will reduce the cost of gas at the pump and make water available for all Californians. |
| What makes you qualified for the job? | I have extensive private sector experience as a land use, environmental, agricultural and business attorney. And I have publicly served as a member of the SB County Board of Supervisors, the Chairman of the CA Agricultural Labor Relations Board, CA Deputy Secretary of State and the Southwest Administrator of the US EPA serving 80 million people in 8 time zones from Navajo Nation in the east to the Marianna Islands in the west with America Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, CA, Arizoan and Neveda in between. |
| What are your two main priorities if you win? | Support energy and water policies that will reduce the cost of energy at the pump and make water readily available for all CA residents. |
| How will you collaborate with other governments? | I have extensive experience in collaborating with other governments and the other side of the aisle. Either you know how to do it or you don't. I've proven I know how to do it. As a very high level Trump Appointee as Region 9 Administrator of the US EPA I have a letter from Speaker Pelosi thanking me for restoring intregrity, trust and transparency with the US EPA. I guarantee I am the ONLY highl level Trump appointee that received such a letter. |
| What are the next two issues that are most important to you? | Sorry can't do just two as the next three are equally important. Having an advocate for law enforecement, small business owners and the taxpayer representing the Central Coast in Sacramento in the state legislature. |
