Santa Maria-based Hardy Diagnostics continues expansion
SANTA MARIA, Calif – Santa Maria-based Hardy Diagnostics has received approval from the City Planning Commission for new a building that will expand the company footprint in the light industrial area along West McCoy Lane.
Hardy Diagnostics is a leader in clinical, medical, pharmaceutical, food safety and bio-chemical laboratory research, manufacturing and support services.
The employee-owned company has grown considerably in recent years and occupies several buildings on West McCoy Lane.
The new building is planned for a two-acre, triangular parcel of land at the intersection with Thompson Way.
The manufacturing facility is expected to create dozens of good-paying jobs.
Dates for construction depends on the company receiving all required City building permits and other mitigation measures.
