Santa Maria police seeking help with 2018 homicide investigation
SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- Santa Maria police are asking for more information on a deadly shooting that's still unsolved two years later.
On the two year anniversary of the fatal shooting of Adrian Alvarez, Santa Maria police are reaching out to the community to get assistance and information on the case.
On December 8, 2018 at around 1:22 a.m., Santa Maria police responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Thornburg and Enos in Santa Maria.
Officers found 18-year-old Adrian Alvarez suffering from a gunshot wound. Alvarez died on scene.
Santa Maria police detectives are still looking for more information regarding this case.
