Lompoc police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing woman

UPDATE 10/9/20: California Highway Patrol reported Cynthia Yuhas was located Friday night.

LOMPOC, Calif. - The Lompoc Police Department is asking for the public's help to find an 85-year-old woman who was reported missing Friday.

Police say Cynthia Yuhas left her home at around 6:30 a.m. in her vehicle.

Police say she is considered to be at-risk because she has dementia and other health issues.

Yuhas is white, 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds. She has gray hair and hazel eyes.

Her vehicle is a 1998 Green Volvo S70 GLT 4 door with California license plate: DP605YL.

She could possibly be headed to northern California and her cell phone was last pinged near San Jose.

If seen, you should contact local law enforcement.
