Contreras wins college scholarship from Maho Prentice

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - San Marcos High School graduate Isabella Contreras won a $5,000 college scholarship awarded by the Law Offices of Maho Prentice in Santa Barbara.

Contreras plans to study biology at the University of Pennsylvania.
