Melgoza Talks About 40 Point Game
Amber Melgoza’s 40 point explosion in Irvine has put Santa Barbara High School back into the CIF semifinals for the second straight year in girls basketball.
The Dons won 58-40 to set up Saturday’s home game against Yorba Linda at 7 p.m.
Melgoza’s big game was just six points shy of the all-time Dons record.
