A town hall forum will be held Thursday, July 26th to discuss the controversial topic of legalizing marijuana. The Santa Barbara Foundation and Museum of Natural History are hosting the event. Organizers say, the potential legalization of marijuana creates more questions than answers. For example: How will it be grown and inspected? How will it impact state and federal tax revenues? What are the chances marijuana will be legalized in the next six years? A panel of experts will lead the discussion and field questions. The two hour forum starts at seven p.m. in the Faulkner Gallery at the Santa Barbara Public Library, located at 40 East Anapamu Street.
