WESTFIELD, Indiana. (KEYT) - A Ventura County pass-catch connection led to a thrilling title for the Los Angeles Seahawks.

Ventura High School alum Ava Ortman (2026) completed a 2-point conversion pass in overtime to Camarillo High School alum Mya Rei Smith (2026) to set off wild celebration.

Smith's catch in heavy traffic gave the Seahawks a 15-14 overtime win in the NFL Flag Championship game over the Austin Texans.

Ortman threw both of her touchdown passes to Smith.

The tournament was a 4-day event in which all 32 NFL teams were represented along with 15 international squads.
