Body found in Prefumo Creek in San Luis Obispo
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The San Luis Obispo Police Department is investigating after the body of an adult male was found in Prefumo Creek Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the creek around 11:50 a.m. after being alerted that residents in the area had found a body.
Officers said the man appears to have died of natural causes. The situation does not look suspicious at this time.
However, this is an ongoing investigation. The man's identity has not been released and his next of kin has not yet been notified.
