Sunny Thursday, tracking light Labor Day rain from ‘Marie’

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Warm and mostly sunny weather continues Thursday.

Friday is looking a bit warmer thanks to weaker onshore winds.

A wind advisory is back for the Gaviota Coast.

Tropical clouds may arrive as early as Saturday from Marie, though rain is unlikely locally on that day.

20 to 30 percent chances of rain hold for Sunday, Monday (Labor Day) and Tuesday.

Most data points to Marie staying away from the California coast but storm impacts, large waves and and some rainfall remains possible.

SoCal and the southern end of our region will likely get some light rain and humidity with warm temperatures across the three counties for the holiday weekend.

Marie's path may change will be monitored.
