Heating up Friday, hot Easter weekend

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Temperatures will rise quickly on Friday and Saturday bringing coastlines to the 80s for the holiday weekend.

Northeast and Santa Ana winds are expected for Ventura County with wind alerts in effect for inland areas.

Onshore flow, slight cooling, and partly cloudy skies can be expected for Easter Sunday with above normal temperatures through early next week.

Temperatures will cool by next Wednesday with a slight chance rain next Thursday - possibly up to half an inch.
