Mild Thursday, warm weekend & tracking rain

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Most of the region will be in the 70s Thursday with lingering clouds for beach areas.

Temperatures will rise along the coast Friday thanks to offshore winds creating a warm weekend for all areas.

Partly cloudy skies will persist through this week's warm conditions.

Next week, spring weather returns.

Temperatures will quickly drop into the 60s early next week with a light rain storm to arrive from thr north between Monday and Wednesday, most likely on Tuesday.

Rainfall expectations are mostly around one half inch with higher amounts possible for northern communities like San Luis Obispo County.
