Sunday Evening Forecast Jan 29th

A change in the weather pattern has arrived as a storm moves closer. So far, very light totals have been recorded with some areas staying completely dry. Shower chances will stay in play with potential rain totals being in the range of about one tenth of an inch up to about a quarter of an inch. Temperatures on Monday will stay cool with highs mostly expected to top out in the mid to upper 50's. The only weather alert associated with this storm is for high elevation Winter Weather which will last in to Monday afternoon.

Looking ahead, the storm system will linger in to early Monday and then move out by the evening. Temperatures will stay cool with highs struggling to break in to the 60's. More sunshine will break through by Tuesday and Wednesday with slightly warmer temperatures as well. Things stay pretty quiet as we head in to early February. More clouds will approach the region by late in the work week, but rain doesn't appear to be a big threat at this time. Look for slightly warmer temperatures by next weekend with highs likely reaching the mid and even upper 60's!
