Partly to mostly sunny skies could be expected for Tuesday. Along with breezy to gusty winds for Santa Barbara and Ventura County. A High Wind Warning will be in effect Tuesday at 6 PM. With a Wind Advisory in effect for Ventura County until Thursday.

Warm temperatures will persist into Tuesday with many areas expected to be slightly above average. Daytime highs along the coasts and valleys in the upper 60s to low 70s.

Moderate to strong wind will continue through Thursday. With a warming trend in the forecast until Saturday. Temperatures will be significantly above average Friday and Saturday. Conditions will cool for Sunday and through early next week.
