Friday morning forecast – Jan. 17th

As a storm exits our region a ridge of high pressure will begin to build for Friday. This will allow for warmer temps, drier conditions and more sunshine. The Central Coast will start with mostly sunny skies with more cloud coverage towards the afternoon. Daytime highs along the coasts and near the valleys in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Increasing clouds is expected from Friday night into Saturday. With mostly cloudy skies for the weekend along with warmer temperatures. The warming trend will likely bring average temps on Saturday with above average temps for Sunday.

Looking ahead, a storm will move in for Monday night with a slight chance for showers. A chance for rain is likely Tuesday morning along with cooler temperatures through mid-week.
