Tuesday morning forecast – Dec. 2nd

Tuesday will begin with partly to mostly cloudy skies and relatively dry conditions. Temperatures will primarily be in the 60s with the coasts and valleys in the mid to upper 60s. Mountains and foothills will warm to the low to mid 60s.

A system moving in from the southwest will bring moderate to locally heavy rain Tuesday night into Wednesday. This system will bring measurable rain with coasts and valleys accumulating 0.25-1.50", foothills and mountains up to 2.00-3.00". Some instability will bring a slight chance for thunderstorms to areas south of Point Conception.

Dry and cool conditions can be expected Thursday into Friday morning. With a weaker system moving in Friday night into Saturday. A chance for rain showers will remain in the forecast until Sunday.
