San Marcos races by Pacifica in girls basketball

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - San Marcos used a fast start to put away Pacifica in Channel League girls basketball.

The Royals led 25-5 after the first quarter and easily won 70-21 to improve to 3-4 in league and 10-7 overall.

Mia Martinez-Tomatis led the way with a game-high 19 points.
