San Marcos girls soccer wins Channel League opener as they blank Dos Pueblos

GOLETA, Calif. - Julia Gularte scored two first half goals and San Marcos won at Dos Pueblos 2-0 in the Channel League opener for both teams.

Sophomore keeper Malia Venegas recorded the shutout for the 4-1-1 Royals.

DP slipped to 0-8-3.
