Rain or shine the Central Coast Greenhouse Growers Association hosts the 21st Annual Open House Scholarship Fundraiser

NIPOMO, Calif. – Rain or shine, the Central Coast Greenhouse Growers Association is hosting the 21st Annual Open House Scholarship Fundraiser at Nipomo High School Saturday. Participating nurseries across the Santa Maria Valley will donate sales to the scholarship fund.

Students will be able to tour local nurseries like Eufloria Flowers in Nipomo. They are one of the most prominent flower farms on the Central Coast that grows flowers for people across the country to Canada.

Eufloria Flowers in Nipomo shares the impact the heavy rain in 2024 has had on their infamous roses during the CCGGA 21st Annual Open House Scholarship Fundraiser.

Funds for any flowers, plants or trees purchased will go towards the scholarship fund in an effort to support local students.

The map below will show the nurseries participating in today's fundraiser. Some nurseries will be closed today such as Ball Floraplant and Altman Plants. However, Altman Plants did deliver tropical plants to the Ed Center at Nipomo High School to help fundraise for students.
