Margerum Wine Company brings a new tasting experience to Los Olivos

LOS OLIVOS, Calif. -- Margerum Wine Company is bringing a new food and wine pairing experience to Los Olivos.

There are 51 tasting rooms in the Los Olivos Valley and Margerum is the only one with sushi and Oysters on the menu.

Now customers can create their own tasting experience with Japanese inspired Bento boxes, oysters and locally made ice cream.

Owner of Margerum Wine Company Doug Margerum says his 40 year experience in the wine industry and love for Japan inspired his new tasting experience.
