Santa Barbara County Fire and Lompoc Fire Department respond to car brush fire

LOMPOC, Calif.– Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to and stopped the forward progress of a Sudan car fire in the brush at 12:07 p.m in the 700 block off Highway 101.

The female driver was found over the side of the road and was evacuated from the wreckage to be transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Highway 1 northbound second lane remand closed north of Constellation Road.
