Lompoc reintroduces late fees and service disconnections for city utilities

LOMPOC, Calif. – After a unanimous vote at the Lompoc City Council, fees will be reinstated for late payments on city utility bills beginning April 2023.

Additionally, the use of utility service disconnections due to non-payment will also be brought back in April of next year.

These policies were implemented in March 2020 as part of the city's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
