Helicopter needed for hiking trail rescue

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – A helicopter rescue was made after a woman slipped while hiking on Tunnel Trail Sunday afternoon, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.

The 24-year-old suffered moderate injuries and will be transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, detailed the SBCFD.
