SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Musician Kenny Loggins has turned out to be a lucky charm for producer Jeff Martin and KEYT.

Martin and KEYT won a regional Emmy on Saturday night for "The Music of Footloose-35th Anniversary."

The award ceremony took place online to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.

The program won an Emmy for Special Events Coverage from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Pacific Southwest Chapter.

Martin won the award last year, too, for live coverage of "Teen Sing" featuring Kenny Loggins.

Both programs served as fundraisers for the non-profit Unity Shoppe in Santa Barbara.

It is never too late to donate at unityshoppe.org.
