Crews help solo driver with moderate injuries after car crash in Morro Bay Sunday morning

MORRO BAY, Calif. – CAL Fire SLO crews helped a woman with moderate injuries after her van went over the side of the road at Bear Ridge Road in Morro Bay Sunday morning just past 10:30 a.m.

The crash held up traffic and shut down both lanes of Highway 1 in both directions for some time, according to CAL Fire SLO.

No other cars or people were involved in the crash and the woman was taken to the hospital with her injuries, detailed CAL Fire SLO.
