San Luis Obispo tenant arrested following argument with landlord

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. – Police officers arrested a tenant without incident after he had a dispute with his landlord in the 600 block of Mitchell Drive around 11:45 a.m, according to SLO Police.

After an investigation, three firearms were recovered from the residence including the handgun brandished during the altercation.

Each weapon was legally registered to the arrested man.

The San Luis Obispo resident was booked into SLO County Jail on charges of misdemeanor brandishing a firearm and felony assault with a deadly weapon.
