Tuesday morning forecast – Jan. 21st

A moisture flow will allow for a few pop-up showers during Tuesday morning otherwise looking at mainly cloudy skies. Expect decreasing cloud coverage for the afternoon allowing for partly to mostly sunny skies. Daytime highs along the coast and valleys in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Looking ahead, a ridge of high pressure will begin to build for Wednesday with a warming trend through the weekend. Above average temperatures are likely for Thursday with winds picking up for the Central Coast.

The next system will arrive for Sunday with a slight chance for rain showers. The First Alert Weather Center will be tracking the latest.
