PASO ROBLES, Calif. - Paso Robles is getting more national recognition for its iconic wineries and unique tourist attractions.

The New York Times published its list of the "52 Places to Go in 2020" this week, and Paso Robles was one of the top ranked spots.

The list highlights destinations that will "inspire, delight, and motivate (travelers) to explore the world."

Paso Robles was ranked sixth out of the 52 destinations.

The Times highlighted Paso's many wineries, the "Field of Light" art display, the fun shops and restaurants downtown, and the unique hotels.

This isn't the first time Paso Robles has been recognized. In November, a travel blog ranked the city as one of the top 30 places to travel in 2020.
