Cinco de Mayo Celebrations

Cinco de Mayo was celebrated throughout the country today.

Numerous festivals noted the historic battle which delivered a monumental victory to the Mexican Army against the French Intervention.The famous Battle of Puebla fought near the town of Puebla, Mexico on May 5, 1862 is the historic event which we recognize as Cinco de Mayo.
