Designate A Driver Or Hire One

The CHP’s maximum enforcement period began Friday and continues until about midnight Tuesday.This time last year 25 people were killed in collisions in California.More than 1,200 people were arrested by the CHP on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. CHP Commissioner Joe Farrow says “One way to keep everyone safe, and reduce the odds of spending the holiday in jail, is to designate a non-drinking driver in advance.
