Horses relax their pace as they make their way back from parade
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.-There wasn't a bad seat along Cabrillo Blvd. to see one of the biggest horse parades in the West known as EL Desfile Historico on Friday from noon until 2 p.m.
It officially ended near Milpas St.
Many people near the end wait to see the horses turn around and make their way back to the staging area.
The horses and riders relaxed their pace as they head to Castillo St.
It is an Old Spanish Days treat.
