15 people evacuated from Orcutt flooding overnight

ORCUTT, Calif. – Santa Barbara County Fire evacuated 15 people from overnight flooding in Orcutt.

The flooding was reported in the 4200 block of Hibiscus, and caused extensive damage to Union Valley Parkway near the Santa Maria area.
