SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — The California Relief Grant program is about to head into its eighth round. The round will open from Friday, August 27th through Wednesday, September 8th. Round eight will help nonprofit cultural institutions.

According to the CA Relief Grant website, approximately $16 Million dollars remain under the Nonprofit Cultural Institutions Program. That money will only be available for nonprofit cultural institutions that have not received CA Relief Grants yet.

Those nonprofits that have applied in rounds 1,2, 5, or 6 and didn’t receive funds must reapply. And grants will be prioritized based on the documented percentage revenue declines based on a reporting period comparing Q2 and Q3 of 2020 versus Q2 and Q3 of 2019

The nonprofits could receive a grant from $5,000 to $25,000 dollars. To apply visit CAReliefGrant.com.
