FILLMORE, Calif. - Three people from Santa Paula were arrested Tuesday in connection to a burglary that took place at a Domino's Pizza restaurant back in December.

On Dec. 16, employees of the Domino's at 529 W. Ventura St. found the store had been vandalized while it was closed. The safe and an undisclosed amount of cash were both missing.

Investigators said early evidence indicated it was an inside job.

Security footage helped detectives identify a getaway vehicle and the investigation identified an employee of the restaurant, 19-year-old Angelina Perez, as a suspect.

The investigation also led to the identification of 39-year-old Gerardo Uribe and a 17-year-old male teen as additional suspects.

On Tuesday, Perez and the teen were located in a vehicle in Santa Paula and were taken into police custody.

Uribe was located later that day in Fillmore and was arrested.

Perez and Uribe were booked in the Pretrial Detention Facility on complaints of burglary and conspiracy. The teen was booked at the Juvenile Justice Center for the same complaints and for a probation warrant.

Perez and Uribe remain in custody with bail set at $50,000.
